M. S. Construction percolating type horizontal well designed conveyor to convey the prepared material below the miscella and solvent sprays for proper extraction. Fitted with numbers of special sprays. Extractor is provided with material bed adjusting arrangement for adjusting of bed height as per capacity of plant.
It is also provided with bed scrapper for scrapping top layer of bed for smooth percolation. In extractor the belt carrying the end less screen moves on the rails located inside the extractor and move on specially designed sprocket wheels. Inside extractor below belt conveyor hopper are provided for receiving miscella percolating from bed. Special arrangement for screen cleaning and back washing is also provided to keep screen clean. Number of sight glasses is provided for observation and manholes with manhole covers are provided. At discharge end scrapper is provided for smooth discharge of material. Necessary drive mechanism comprising of gearbox, gear pinion and variable speed pulley is supplied along with the equipment.
