This Horizontal Model has an integrated articulated band conveyor that has the purpose of receiving the material from Feed Hopper & then transport it at an extremely slow and predetermined speed from feed to the discharge end. The conveyor ideally moves over the rails that are located inside the Extractor & then rides on the especially constructed sprocket at either end.
- Adjustable damper to regulate height of the bed of material on the chain conveyor
- Series of Spray breakers for ensuring flawless solvent spray on the moving bed, with liberal provision for the light sight glasses.
The Band Conveyor Assembly has been designed in such a manner that it acts as a filter bed to eliminate fines. It is completed with rotary brushes and mesh cleaning system to effectively clean the mesh. Dimension: Bottom 8mm, Side 8mm Hoppers 6mm, and top 5mm.
