History Of Our Company
Kumar Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. commenced its business operations in the year 1939 under the guidance of its honorable founder Mr. Onkarnath R. Manaktala. He started the journey with a small family venture with dedication, hard work & hope to achieve better heights of success. Leveraging on his positive attitude and hard work, we have build a strong reputation in the market. Our company is now well recognized manufacturing export house with ISO 9000:2001 certification.
Through our long and persistence journey we had undertaken numerous turnkey projects in Oil Mills, Solvent Extraction Plants and Oil Refineries. All these years our sincere efforts and ethical business ethos have bestowed us appreciations from worldwide customers. We have developed highly advanced manufacturing plants that can easily handle oil seeds and oil like sunflower, peanuts, canola, soybean, cottonseed, copra and palm kernel.
The prime focus of the company is to provide quality products, for which we follow total quality control management. This has assisted us in achieving several awards and certificates from Indian Government and the Engineering Export Promotion Council. The principles of honesty, integrity, sincerity and dedication of the company has helped in serving over 500 customer's interest.
Infrastructural Set-up
We are proud to have the robust infrastructural set-up that enables us in meeting the project requirements of valued clients. Our entire infrastructure set-up includes following:
- 40,000 square feet of shop floor
- 150 numbers of skilled technicians
- Sophisticated range of most modern precision European machinery
Our manufacturing unit is equipped with high pressure vessels and boilers used by our trained X-ray welders. Our quality controllers check the ongoing project at every stage of production right from procuring raw materials till the final delivery of finished products. This ensures that our clients always get the best of what we offer.
Quality checking procedures are stringent at it best and undergoes in our in-house quality testing units.
